Hundreds of Hispanic Construction Workers Began Arriving at 7:00 a.m.

Breakfast and Lunch were provided by the HCADFW to Students, Trainers and Volunteers attending the OSHA Marathon.

A Marathon Effort: OSHA Certified Trainers at the 7AM Briefing - Training ended about 6PM.

Volunteers Tameka Sadler, SSP Consulting and Faith Gatlin, New York Life arrived at 6 a.m. to check-in volunteers and trainers.

Volunteers Pat Gorman and Raymond Cervantes arrived at 6 a.m. to prepare the OSHA Pocket Guides for the Big Four Construction Hazards Training. Each construction worker received a complimentary set of four pocket guides in either English or Spanish.

Classes were taught by OSHA certified trainers.

Kathryn Delaney, OSHA Dallas Area Director particpated in the full-day OSHA Marathon Training. Thank you Kathy, you will be missed by the HCADFW members. We wish you the best in your well deserved retirement.

Trainers: Roberto Arredondo and Martha Hunter take a well deserved break from a full-day of teaching. Experienced bilingual safety trainers are a rare commodity and valued members of the HCADFW team.
